Since I want my scripts to be taken seriously, I utilized some of my funds for the purchase of Final Draft. Final Draft is the industry-standard scriptwriting-software; thus, when I employ it, I am assured that my scripts will be formatted in the manner that is expected by studios. The money which I spent on the correct-format software affords me the time that allows me to perfect the creative aspects of my scripts. Final Draft also has many assets that make it well-worth the expenditure (see comment on “What To Look For In Online Screenwriting Tutorials”).
